What happens after a booking?
- After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us with a request for a deposit of €50.00.
- This can also be paid via PayPal or credit card upon booking.
- Please transfer the deposit within the next 10 days.
- After receipt of payment, you will receive a binding booking confirmation.
- Seven days before the start of your trip, you will receive an email with all important arrival information, such as online check-in and the code for the key box.
- The remaining amount, plus tourist tax and additional services, is due in cash at the end of your trip.
- Credit card payments are unfortunately not accepted.
When are arrival and departure times
- Arrival from 3 p.m.
- Departure until 10 a.m.
Are towels provided?
Yes, we provide each guest with a small and a large towel.
For longer stays, towels are changed weekly.
Is bed linen provided?
No, many guests bring their own bed linens. However, you can still book a bed linen package with us in advance, and your beds will be made with fresh linen for a small fee of €9.50 per guest.
Pillows and duvets are of course provided.
How do we get the keys to the holiday apartment?
There's a key box for each holiday apartment outside the front door. You'll receive the code in your arrival email seven days before your stay.
How are the spa cards issued?
In the arrival email sent 7 days before departure, you'll find a link to our online check-in. There, you can conveniently enter all guests online with the required information before your trip begins. We'll then print the spa cards according to your information and place them in your holiday apartment.
How does the sauna work?
Our sauna is located in the basement. There's a reservation board where you can sign up with the day and time.
The sauna will then be reserved exclusively for you. A sauna towel will be provided in the sauna, and a bathrobe and slippers are available for a small fee.
We charge €10.00 per sauna session. A shower and toilet are also available.
Detailed instructions on how to turn on the heater are located in the sauna.
The warm-up time is approximately 20-35 minutes.
How can I rent the loggia?
We've posted a map where you can sign up with the name of the apartment and the time of day. Then the loggia will be reserved for you free of charge. There's a grill, a table with six chairs, a patio heater for winter days, and a soundbar for listening to your music.
Is there a safe?
Yes, there is a safe for your valuables.
How do I pay the final bill?
The booking price can be paid in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Tourist tax and additional bookings such as bed linen or sauna bookings are paid in cash at the end of your stay. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not accepted.
What are the cancellation conditions?
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
- After that, 30% of the booking price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking price will be due.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, we have a wallbox with a 7-meter-long charging cable. This can be used to charge the electric car. The price per kW/hour is €0.40 and will be billed at the end of your vacation.
Charging cards CANNOT be used.
Is the Wi-Fi free?
Wi-Fi is free for our guests.
Is there a second parking space if we arrive with several cars?
Yes, there is another parking lot on our premises. However, it is not covered.
Where can I get more firewood?
If you need more firewood, please let Hans or Gisela Bahn (who live in the house) know, and they will restock the firewood. A charge of €3.00 per bag will be made.
Is there a crib, high chair, or trip-trap chair?
Yes, a baby cot, high chair, or Trip-Trap chair can be booked free of charge. Seven days before departure, you will receive an email where you can book these additional options free of charge.
What are the house rules?
- Our vacation apartments are non-smoking. Sensible smokers are welcome, provided they are willing to use the covered outdoor areas for smoking.
- Due to a family pet allergy, unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets.
- Our vacation apartments are rented exclusively to guests who wish to spend their vacation with us.
- We reserve the right to cancel without notice.
- Parties and similar events are not permitted.
Are dogs (pets in general) allowed?
No, unfortunately due to allergies, pets are NOT allowed.
Is smoking permitted in the holiday apartments?
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments. Ashtrays are available on the balconies and terraces, and we ask our guests to go outside.
