We are Imke and Thomas and live near Peine with our two daughters.

With a lot of passion and attention to detail, we ensure that you spend a relaxing and unforgettable time in our holiday apartments.

Gisela and Hans Bahn will be on hand to provide on-site support. They are available to help and advise you at any time – whether you have questions about accommodation, amenities, or leisure activities in the area.

Our motto is peace, relaxation, and well-being. That's why we place great emphasis on comfort, coziness, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Since purchasing our house in 2016, we have been modernizing and redesigning the Jolina and Selina holiday apartments step by step to make them even more beautiful and comfortable.

Our goal is to offer you a place where you can unwind and simply feel at home from the very first moment.

SUSTAINABLE ENERGY - FOR YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Our PV system, installed in autumn 2019, was expanded in winter 2022 to generate an impressive 22,000 kW with 83 panels.

To reduce gas consumption, we have integrated infrared heaters in the kitchen, living room and bathroom of the Selina holiday apartment.

This innovative technology not only provides pleasant warmth, but is also particularly beneficial for allergy sufferers.

Our guests have not used the gas heating so far, which is made possible by the supply of self-generated electricity – with no price increase for bookings.
