ABOUT US - YOUR HOST TEAM

We are Imke and Thomas – your hosts with heart. Together with our two daughters, we live near Peine. Our love for the Harz Mountains, nature, and hospitality inspired us to buy a house in St. Andreasberg in 2016 – and to create two very special holiday apartments: Jolina and Selina.

Since then, we've poured our hearts and souls and attention to detail into every corner. Step by step, we modernize and beautify the apartments so that they are a place of peace, relaxation, and well-being for you – whether you're staying for a weekend or several weeks.

Our guiding principle: peace, relaxation, well-being. That's why we place great emphasis on comfort, coziness, and a warm, inviting atmosphere – for couples, families, groups of friends, and everyone who loves the Harz Mountains.

We're there for you on site: Gisela and Hans Bahn support us and are always available in St. Andreasberg to help and advise you – whether you have questions about accommodation, amenities, or leisure activities in the area. They'll make sure you feel welcome from the very first moment.

SUSTAINABLE ENERGY - FOR YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Since autumn 2019, our photovoltaic system has been generating environmentally friendly electricity – and was expanded to an impressive 83 solar panels in winter 2022.

This allows us to produce up to 22,000 kWh of clean energy directly on site each year.

To further reduce gas consumption, we have installed modern infrared heating panels in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom of the Selina holiday apartment. This technology not only provides pleasant, even warmth but is also particularly allergy-friendly – without stirring up any dust.

Thanks to our sustainable electricity supply, our guests have been able to completely do without gas heating so far – at no additional cost to you.
