OUR LODGE
Our spacious 26 m² loggia not only offers a breathtaking view, but is also the ideal place to relax and barbecue. Thanks to the sliding glass doors, you can enjoy the fresh air, while patio heaters provide cozy warmth on cooler days.
The loggia can be reserved free of charge by both holiday apartments.
Attention all barbecue lovers!
A charcoal grill is available, and you can purchase charcoal for a small fee. Need some inspiration? A grilling cookbook with delicious recipes is also available. For the perfect ending to your meal, a chilled bottle of wine awaits you in the wine fridge.
OUR IN-HOUSE SAUNA
After an eventful day, our sauna in the basement invites you to relax.
Enjoy the soothing warmth, leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries in a peaceful atmosphere.
Our sauna is equipped with a shower and toilet; we naturally provide sauna towels and bathrobes.
Making a reservation is very straightforward:
Simply write the name of your holiday apartment and the desired time on the board on site – and the sauna is yours.

Sleds for winter tobogganing are available free of charge.
Cot, highchair, Tripp Trapp chair and toilet seat reducer can be provided free of charge.
One small and one large towel are provided per guest.
Bed linen package can be booked optionally for €9.50 per guest.
Firewood can be ordered for €3.00
Wallbox for charging electric cars available
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
All apartments are non-smoking.
Minimum booking
write to usOur holiday apartments can be booked for a minimum of 3 days.
During peak holiday periods (e.g., summer and autumn), we prefer bookings of at least 7 days. During these periods, arrival and departure days are usually Saturdays.
Please note:
If no holiday apartment is displayed for your desired period, this may be because the booking duration or arrival date does not match our specifications.

Booking process
After booking, you will receive a booking reservation from us with a request for a deposit of €50.00.
This can also be paid for via PayPal or credit card when booking.
Please transfer the deposit within the next 10 days.
After payment is received, you will receive a binding booking confirmation.
The remaining balance, plus tourist tax and additional services, is payable in cash at the end of the trip.
Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
After that, 30% of the booking price will be charged.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking price is due.
The booking calendar is open until the beginning of January 2027.

We had a wonderful time at Thomas' apartment in St. Andreasberg. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We really appreciated the welcome gifts. The apartment is nicely located for excursions into the Harz Mountains. We were a little disappointed that most of the trees in the Harz National Park are dead (which Thomas obviously can't influence in any way), but there were some very nice hiking trails a 20-30 minute drive from the apartment.
