OUR LODGE
Our spacious 26 m² loggia not only offers you a stunning view, but is also the ideal place to relax and barbecue. Thanks to the sliding glass doors, you can enjoy the fresh air, while radiant heaters provide cozy warmth on cooler days.
The loggia can be reserved free of charge from both holiday apartments.
Attention barbecue lovers!
A kettle grill is available, and charcoal is available for a small fee. Looking for inspiration? A barbecue book with delicious recipes is also available. A chilled bottle of wine is waiting for you in the wine fridge for the perfect end to the evening.
OUR IN-HOUSE SAUNA
After an eventful day, our sauna in the basement invites you to relax.
Enjoy the soothing warmth, leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries in a peaceful atmosphere.
Our sauna is equipped with a shower and toilet; we provide sauna towels and bathrobes.
Making a reservation is very straightforward:
Simply enter the name of your holiday apartment and the desired time on the board on site – and the sauna is yours.

Minimum booking

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., summer and fall), we request a minimum stay of 7 days. During these periods, arrival and departure days are usually Saturdays.

If you don't see a vacation rental for your desired period, it may be because the booking duration or arrival date does not match our specifications.

Booking process
After booking you will receive a booking reservation from us with a request for a deposit of 50,00 €
This can also be paid via PayPal or credit card when booking.
Please transfer the deposit within the next 10 days
After receipt of payment you will receive a binding booking confirmation
The remaining amount is to be paid in cash at the end of the trip plus tourist tax and additional services
Credit card payments are unfortunately not possible
Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before arrival
after that 30% of the booking price will be charged
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking price is due
The booking calendar is active until the beginning of January 2027.

We had a great time at Thomas' apartment in St. Andreasberg. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We really appreciated the welcome gifts. The apartment is beautifully located for excursions to the Harz Mountains. We were a bit disappointed that most of the trees in the Harz National Park are dead (which Thomas obviously has no control over), but there were some very nice hiking opportunities within a 20-30-minute drive of the apartment.
