Lina`s apartments are located in a relaxing, quiet location of St. Andreasberg. The property is adjacent to a undeveloped natural landscape.

From there you have a fantastic panoramic view from the Martin-Schmidt-Berg on the Glockenberg to the West Harz mountain tops. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

The apartment Selina is the lower basement apartment with private terrace and barbecue.

A parking space under a carport is available to each apartment free of charge.

Creative in saving energy

To reduce gas consumption, we have installed infrared heaters under the ceiling in the kitchen, living room and bathroom in the Selina holiday apartment. This convector heat virtually "falls" from the ceiling and you have a different feeling of warmth. It's definitely good for allergy sufferers, as the heat is not circulated through the radiators. This seems to work so well, as our guests have not yet used the gas heating, which is still in working order. By using self-generated electricity, this is another reason not to increase the booking prices.

• Bed linen can optionally be booked for a fee of € 9,50 per person. 
• Firewood per basket 3.00 € 
• Sauna with shower / WC as well as sauna towels and bathrobes per use 10.00 €

Info about booking periods

• For the main holiday periods of Easter, summer, autumn and Christmas, we would like a minimum booking time of 7 days.
• For the Easter, summer and autumn periods, we have entered an arrival on Saturday only.
