 According to this motto, we have set ourselves the goal of offering you the greatest possible comfort and feel-good factor.

We have gradually renovated and refurnished the holiday apartments Jolina and Selina since we acquired the house at the end of 2016.

Have you already seen our new loggia?

Just enjoy the beautiful view or have a cosy barbecue? No problem in our new 26m² loggia. The sliding glass doors are easy to open and radiant heaters provide warmth on cold days. Professional barbecuers and those who want to become one can use the kettle barbecue here. Charcoal can be provided for a small fee, and a barbecue book with simple and tasty recipes for barbecuing is available in every holiday apartment.

And a chilled bottle of wine is already waiting in our wine fridge.

Creative in energy generation and saving

Our PV system installed on the roof in autumn 2019 and a 12.5 kWh storage unit in the basement was expanded in winter 2022. A projected 22,000 kW can now be generated with 83 panels. To reduce gas consumption, we have installed infrared heaters under the ceiling in the kitchen, living room and bathroom in the Selina holiday apartment. This convector heat virtually "falls" from the ceiling and you have a different feeling of warmth. It's definitely good for allergy sufferers, as the heat is not circulated through the radiators. This seems to work so well, as our guests have not yet used the gas heating, which is still in working order. By using self-generated electricity, this is another reason not to increase the booking prices.
